Meet Tiffany Shooll, Founder of Turtle Cove

Tiffany Shooll is an early childhood education professional with a passion for creating meaningful experiences that help children learn, grow, and connect with the world around them. With a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education and a Master of Science in Educational Administration and Supervision from Northern Illinois University, Tiffany brings both educational expertise and leadership experience to her work.

Throughout her career, Tiffany has served as a preschool teacher, preschool director, and assistant director, gaining extensive experience in early childhood development, educational programming, and creating engaging learning environments. Her professional journey has also included working with older adults, giving her a unique appreciation for the value of connection and companionship across generations.

These experiences inspired Tiffany to create Turtle Cove, a business dedicated to bringing preschool-age children and older adults together through fun, interactive activities. Her vision is to create opportunities for children and seniors to learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, share stories, and experience the joy of connecting across generations.

Through Turtle Cove, Tiffany hopes to make every gathering an opportunity for discovery, laughter, and lasting memories — bringing generations together, one activity at a time.
